Nathan A. Oyster
is an associate attorney in the firm’s Glendale office. He
received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in
2002, having earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political
Science and Economics and Master of Arts in Political
Science from Case Western Reserve University in 1999.
While in law school, Mr. Oyster prosecuted criminal
cases on behalf of the Norfolk County (MA) District
Attorney’s office. He later served as a Certified Law Clerk
in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office in the
fall of 2002. Prior to joining LBAC, Mr. Oyster’s practice
included defending insurance companies in complex litigation
and advising real estate developers on contractual and
regulatory matters.
Mr. Oyster’s primary practice areas with LBAC are
public entity defense and civil rights litigation. He is
admitted to practice in California and the United States
District Court, Central District of California.
