Daniel Lee is an associate attorney in
the Glendale office of Franscell, Strickland, Roberts &
Lawrence. He graduated magna cum laude from the
University of California, Los Angeles in 1999, earning his
Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. He received
his Juris Doctorate from USC Law School in 2004. Thereafter,
he was admitted to practice law before both the state and
federal courts in California.
Mr. Lee’s primary areas of practice at FSRL are civil
rights, employment, and public entity law. Mr. Lee has
represented public entities and their employees in cases
involving claims ranging from personal injury torts to
police liability, among many others, raised under both
federal and state law.
