Mike Lan received his Bachelor of Arts
from Williams College. While at Williams, Mr. Lan was a recipient of the Williams
College Undergraduate Research Fellowship. Mr. Lan received his J.D. from the
University of California Hastings Law School in 2007. While in law school, Mr. Lan
served as an Articles Editor for the Hastings International and Comparative Law
Review.
Prior to joining FSRL, Mr. Lan externed for United States Magistrate Judge Olguin
in the Central District of California. Additionally, Mr. Lan worked as a law clerk
for the State of California’s Department of Industrial Relations. Mr. Lan was also
a volunteer for the General Assistant Advocacy Program in San Francisco and worked
at the clinical program for San Francisco’s Legal Aid Society.
Mr. Lan is a native of California and is a sport enthusiast, rooting for all the
local teams. He is admitted to practice in the State of California.
