Tammy Kim received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in
2008, having earned her Bachelor of Arts degree cum
laude in Political Science from the University of
California Los Angeles. While attending Loyola, Ms. Kim
received First Honors for her seminar paper, Three
Strikes: The Police Impact. In addition, Ms. Kim was
a member of, and provided mentorship services to, the
St. Thomas More Law Honor Society. Ms. Kim was also a
member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students
Association and the Women’s Law Association.
Prior to
joining Lawrence Beach Allen & Choi PC, Ms. Kim clerked
for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in
Torrance and in the Downtown Los Angeles Central Trials
Unit. Ms. Kim has also volunteered for the Los Angeles
City Attorney’s Office Victim-Witness Assistance
Program.
