Paul B. Beach received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in
1993, having earned his B.A. in Political Science from the
University of California at Los Angeles in 1989.
At law school, Mr. Beach was a member of the Scott
Moot Court Team, receiving awards for his writing and oral
advocacy in the 43rd Annual National Moot Court
Competition. Mr.
Beach also received American Jurisprudence Awards in
Criminal Procedure and Property II: Estates & Future
Interests.
In addition to experience as
a litigation and appellate attorney, Mr. Beach externed for
Judge Alex Kozinski of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the
Ninth Circuit.
Prior to joining LBAC, Mr.
Beach practiced complex business litigation involving issues
such as real estate, professional malpractice, bankruptcy
and environmental contamination.
Since Mr. Beach joined LBAC, his primary area of
practice has been governmental entity defense in both state
and federal court, at the trial and appellate levels.
